I would suggest you put neither your old salary nor your intended/minimum required salary. The way I suggest you address the salary issue is:
Interviewer: What salary are you looking for?
You: Could you give me an idea on what the position is offering?
The interviewer is unlikely to push it further because its not good etiquette. You will have now forced him/her to reveal what they intend to pay, which could be much higher than you may have got if they see your minimum salary. I guarantee you, they wont offer you more than the minimum you put in your CV. If its lower its up to you to convince them why you are worth more.
