Product Description
For the legions of Paper Fashions and Paper Fashions Fancy fans who can’t wait to make more ready-to-tear apparel, here is your dream come true: Paper Fashions Fantasy. In the Klutz paper fashions tradition, the book comes with everything girls need to design an entire one-of-a-kind wardrobe, including irresistibly tiny hangers to finish the fashions in style. New for this book, though, are fashions that are the stuff of fantasy: pretty princess dresses, fairy finery, goddess gowns, and more. Specially designed papers and stencils make it simple to create everything from flowing cloaks and twinkling tiaras to mermaid tails and fairy wings. Inside the book, photos of actual runway fashions show how the world of fantasy inspires real haute couture. And because nothing succeeds like excess, we’ve even added glitter to the glue — a simple way to sparkle up any fashion. There’s always been something special about the way paper fashions enchant young imaginations. Paper Fashions Fantasy glimmers with that same magic — only now we’ve addded a pinch of pixie dust. Fantastic!

I bought a couple of these books for Christmas for my 6 year old daughter for Christmas. We were working on some fashions that afternoon at the table and her comment was, “How is it that Santa gives you such RANDOM presents that you didn’t even ask for — and you LOVE them?!?!?!?” (yes, that’s a direct quote :)
And if you’re a crafty/creative kind of mom, you will have so much fun doing this stuff WITH your daughter!!! Quality time.
We are keeping a 3-ring binder of our various awesome creations, and naming them along the way, with dates and signatures, of course. [My sisters and I made similar catalogs from our old school Fashion Plates creations we did back in the day... and those books have been the greatest keepsakes.]
If you keep an open eye, you’ll find all kinds of materials to work with, too. It doesn’t have to be expensive papers, etc.. The stencils and the suggestions from the book are the main things you need. Everything else is very wing-able! :0)

My daughter got this book for Christmas along with the Fancy book that is more like formal clothes. WE LOVE IT! When I say we, it’s because we have both designed paper clothing with these books for HOURS since Christmas! We never get bored or run out of ideas. There are so many things you can create. We even got her a scrapbook for her designs and when we make a new one, we put it in the book so she can keep them. WOW…this was the best $20 I spent all Christmas season!
Good Job Klutz! MAKE MORE OF THESE!!! We just ordered the regular Fashion book too!
The only cons to this book are that Klutz doesn’t make refills of the paper for this particular book. They do for the Fancy and the Fasion book but not this one and this one is the funnest of all because of all the Fairies, Withes, and Mermaids you can make! Would love to see Klutz come out with some more of these books!

This book is really made my daughter more creative. She loves it, we have the regular designing one too and she loves to combine the 2 together.

This is a terrific kit for girls 8+. Lots of colored paper (fabric), stencils to trace, and ideas. Kept my daughter busy for hours and hours and is one of the toys she turns to often to play with again and again. The book has so many cute ideas and this really helps get the creativity going, then girls can make their own designs and patterns using the stencils and papers and embellishments. After the outfit is designed and put together you can hang it on the provided metal hangars. SOOO cute. My daughter has a “clothesline” across her room with all her fashions hanging on it. She loves to show her friends her latest creations. I would really recommend only girls older than 8 for this due to the detailed cutting of the very tiny fashions and the tiny embellishments that can get all over. If you have a girl that enjoys detail and fashion you should look into this for sure.

my daughter is a klutz fanatic, so when the third paper fashion book came out she was so excited. She somehow has the attention span to do it for hours( who am i to talk?). All the females in our family highly enjoy it so 2 thumbs up!
