Good Fashion designing institute and Driving insitute.?
I am looking for a good fashion designing insitute in dubai and sharjah for my wife. They who gives placements mostly.
Also, looking for a driving school for myself.. i know driving, but need to learn to handle left hand drive vehicles and take a UAE license. Will it be quicker in sharjah or dubai? I may need to travel daily from sharjah to dubai.
The quicker the better. Do banks give 100% car loans to emirates working in a reputed IT giant? Are there personal loans available before 6 months of staying in UAE?

there are couple of driving schools like belhasa and emirates. your present driving licence can be converted to uae licence depending on which country you belong too.
banks prefer giving 100% loans for cars cos it gets them more interest. but you need to be emplyed for 3-6 months, depending on which bank you go to.
personal loans conditions are more or less the same except that their interest rate in 4 times the car loan interest rate.
