if you call The Meadows Town Center, tel +971-4-3606511 and ask them for the barbers name that are in Town Center, they are great. My teenage son and husband get their haircut there regularly and they are fantatic. Meadows is in Emirate Hills. There is also a great mens hairdresser in Ibn Battuta Mall
