Finding job in Abu Dhabi?

I’m working and living in Dubai as sales associate in fashion retail field but as times goes by everything here are getting too expensive and I cant save anymore. I heard a lot of good things from Abu dhabi and I wanna move there but I don’t know how to get a job in there. Im 20 y.o with 2 1/2 years in my job. Is there any website or recruitment office here in Dubai that I can apply helping me find job in Abu dhabi?
